1)Collection and use of information: The personal data collected through the registration procedures for the services offered will be recorded on electronic databases owned by Hyperevo, with registered office in 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, which will be responsible for the treatment, in the person of its Legal Representative. Hyperevo submits users’ personal data to all processing operations identified by articles 13 and 14 of Regulation(EU) GDPR 2016/679 of 23 April 2018: collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection and any other operation useful for the provision of the requested services, therein including communication to third parties, where indispensable pursuant to the provisions of the decree itself. Such data may also, be organized in databases or archives. In particular, the purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows: a) to provide the services of the company; b) provide information and/or send communications relating to the service; c) provide for any accounting and tax compliance; d) trace the perpetrators of any offences only in the case of specific requests and on behalf of the competent authorities. If the user has given appropriate consent: e) provide information and/or offers on the services that Hyperevo and/or affiliated and/or controlled companies, as well as commercial partners and outsourcers, without this resulting in the transfer of personal data to third parties, Hyperevo undertakes to never transfer the data of its customers to third parties without the appropriate consent or suitable legal basis; f) verify the quality of the services offered, including by offering after-sales services; g)send communications and information of an advertising nature relating to its own products and initiatives and those of third parties; h) satisfy market surveys and statistics, marketing and product preferences. Personal data are divided into two categories: mandatory and optional. The provision of mandatory data and its processing for the purposes indicated above are strictly functional to the execution of the services indicated. Any refusal by the user to provide such data or any refusal to consent to their processing will make it impossible to take advantage of the service offered.

11) Security Measures: Hyperevo adopts suitable measures to protect your data: it has drawn up a simplified Register of Treatments pursuant to the GDPR 2016/679 and a Register of Data Breachesupdated monthly. It certifies that it uses secure servers, that only properly trained and authorized personnel have access to it. The Data Processor is Simone De Pol.

12)Child protection’s policy and minors of 16 (sixteen) years: Hyperevo closely follows the development of new laws for the protection of minors and children.For this reason, it does not collect personal data from children under the age of 16. In the event that we find that a user who requests registration for one of our services is under the age of 16 (sixteen), we will immediately delete the data, reserving the right to report the incident to the competent authority. HyperEvo encourages parents to network with their children, in order to educate them on the minimum security measures they must adopt on the internet. In any case, it is essential not to give your personal data without the supervision of a parent present or of an adult who is appointed by the parents or by the court to take care of minors under 16 (sixteen) years. You must not communicate your name and surname. , neither your school nor your mobile or home phone.
